Hello all.

If my recent bout of inactivity has been bothersome, I offer my most sincere apologies. My art life has been rather unexciting as of late...perhaps I ought to consult a book to find out how I can spice it up a bit. Sorry, I just haven't had the time to create anything truely worthwhile as of late. I have a couple of things that I've been working on...but each is coming along at a snail's pace...as measured from a fat, lazy, slow, dead snail.

Of course, I don't suppose this work in progress is really worth your while...but I just thought I ought to submit something for the first time in over a month...because...yeah, I derno. It's currently very very very not done. I'd say it's about 30% done. And that's an overestimate.

I'm just taking a short break from homework, so no flamboyant rambling will be taking place today...unless my affinity for procrastination gets the best of me again. Besides, I don't really have anything exciting to say at the moment. Perhaps if I'd been able to go to the Muse concert at the Forum on Tuesday, I would have some fodder...but alas, I was not. I'm still pretty bummed about it.

Right. So, this is "The Queen of Hearts and the Suicide King" uh...it's not done yet...and uh...I'm working on it...kinda. I am having extreme difficulty drawing the king...and it's pissing me off...so much so that I've already sentenced the bastard to death by eraser several times...I know his face is looking pretty fugly right now...but I'm working on making him prettier. Hopefully, m'lord will turn out alright in the end.

Ok. Well...I'm not too pleased with how this is turning out...and I plan to do better drawings of the two characters in the future. But, I shant rant about all that.
